A specialty barista pulls the same shot all shift long — the same motion, again and again. We think people are better than the dirty work, so we built a robot to do the prep: pulling shots, steaming milk, whisking matcha. The robot took the repetitive half of the shift, not the job. The person does the welcome, the menu, the brand, the ownership.
